Roles and Responsibilities
- Source and Screen top talent using industry leading recruiting tools, ATS and social media
- Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources
- Conduct personal interviews and qualify candidates for open positions with our clients
- Perform thorough reference checks
- Negotiate pay rates
- Maintain a strong network of candidates by interacting with industry professionals and building relationships across all levels of management.
- Recruit both active and passive professionals for specific positions in the Government and commercial sector through networking, direct sourcing calls, and Internet recruiting (LinkedIn and job boards).
- Handle all appropriate follow up with candidates and clients to build meaningful relationships.
- Partner with senior management to create a roadmap for staffing and establish a talent acquisition strategy
- Create and implement candidate tracking and metrics for current and future opportunities
- Develop industry research and market intelligence updates for senior management in support of staffing requests
- Manage, track requisitions and on-boarding progress for all candidates and new hires
- Prepare recruiting reports and ad-hoc projects for senior leadership
- Stay informed and on top of trends and innovative recruiting techniques
Recruiter Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of IT recruiting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in serving State and Federal clients is a plus.
- Self Starter, Outgoing Personality, Ability to work in teams, Sales Oriented
- Strong attitude, aptitude, passion and experience
- Proven track record
- Demonstrates strong communication, listening, and customer service skills; must be able to interact with senior-level professionals, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Competitive, energetic and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills
- Focused and passionate recruiting A player professionals
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve and assist Account Managers in managing client relationships
- Strong desire to generate client tips and new business for sales team

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
