Job description:
· Technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems
· Hands-on technical and functional assistance to business and technical users
· Remote technical and functional assistance to business and technical users
· Experience configuring and deploying devices with Windows 7, ideally Windows 10
· Experience working with an enterprise number of devices, 1000+
· Experience with SCCM is a plus
· Experience working with and configuring external devices such as printers
· Supporting 13 NCDCOR locations as they prepare for their January 2020 deadline to convert completely to Windows 10
· Deploy and configure over 1000 devices, as a team, to Windows 10
· Upgrade or replace hardware and software systems
· Working with SCCM to remotely support and prepare devices
· Troubleshoot hardware and computer peripherals.
Required skills:.
