Assistant Operations Manager

 Key Responsibilities
  • Establish solutions for any operational challenges
  • Establish and maintain SOP for handling property damage claims for the account
  • Assist with early morning load out when scheduled
  • Assist with field audits and daily truck inspections
  • Position may require irregular schedule to be worked 
  • Position requires Operations Manager certification to be completed
  • Track Retailer's store transfers accurately
  • Assist Operations Managers as requested
  • Respond to retailer emails 
  • Participate in conference calls on a regular basis
  • Implement specialized training for client product lines
  • Create and manage performance metrics from customer deliveries
  • Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training and performance evaluation of Contractors
  • Monitor DispatchTrack daily for proactive opportunities of potential issues
  • Prepare delivery documentation for contractors and check for accuracy
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Match retailers documentation to DispatchTrack to assure accurate billing
  • Perform any tasks requested by management

Skills Necessary                 
  • 3-5 years of experience of in-home, white glove furniture delivery
  • 5 to 7 years experience in Contractor Relations
  • Must have prior experience and high proficiency in the use of DispatchTrack
  • Must have prior experience and high proficiency in use of Google G Suite for Business App
  • High proficiency and usage of technology and the use of Android for computers and tablets
  • Working knowledge of DOT regulations
