Enterprise Support Representative

The Role:

The Inkling Support Team is dedicated to making Inkling customers successful by resolving technical issues, advocating on their behalf, and delivering best-in-class customer support. We’re looking for an Enterprise Support Representative to manage day-to-day operations, build positive relationships with customers and partners, and represent the voice of the customer to other Inkling teams to drive customer satisfaction and product and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver best-in-class customer satisfaction and ensure customer dedications are met.
  • Work cross-functionally to diagnose, call out, and resolve issues, while learning Inkling's engineering infrastructure.
  • Train customers, partners, and internal teams to use Inkling’s products.
  • Update and create product documentation and training videos.
  • Analyze data and identify patterns from support interactions to initiate product and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably at a fast-growing SaaS company.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Genuine dedication to advocate for customers, dig into issues and understand how they arise.
  • Ability to discuss HTML, CSS, JSON, and SQL at a high level.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues across multiple platforms (iOS, Android) and advance cross-functionally.
  • Experience writing support documentation and maintaining a help center.
