The Role:
As our Marketing Operations lead, you will oversee the day-to-day management of our marketing tech stack, drive our database management, and ensure effective, seamless program execution. You’ll work closely with sales operations, demand generation, and the business development team to support a high performance demand generation engine.
Responsibilities:
- Own our marketing technology stack: Marketo, Demandbase, Bizible and the sync to CRM (Salesforce.com) as well as managing the day-to-day operations.
- Manage lead scoring, campaign tracking, and sales handoff processes.
- Own our marketing database and segmentation strategy and implement processes to ensure data quality.
- Partner with Sales and Sales Operations on system process improvements, weekly and quarterly reporting, and goal setting.
- Build the Nurture demand generation function of the Marketing team.
- Develop and scale repeatable business processes to continuously improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proactively identify and drive analytics to support team performance objectives.
- Drive continuous iteration to support increased funnel efficiency, database engagement, program success, and business direction for the Marketing organization.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related function.
- Understanding of Account-Based Marketing strategy, segmentation and process.
- Fluent in end-to-end marking technology ecosystems with a solid understanding of marketing automation systems such as Marketo.
- High attention to detail and accuracy despite fast turnarounds.
- A skilled communicator: Transparent, collaborative, and open to feedback.
- Experience defining technical requirements, evaluating technologies, scoping projects, and overseeing implementations.
- Connect multiple data points to report on marketing performance and inform channel and program strategy and execution.
- Support marketing calendar, audience segmentation, build landing pages, forms and email campaigns.
- Document processes and communicate improvements to increase marketing team’s efficiency
- Google Analytics experience a plus.
- Strong team player; demonstrated ability to partner with sales, marketing, finance, and other cross functional departments.
- Proactive and continually asks, “How can I make that better”.
