Logistics Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for monitoring shipments and maintaining customs compliance. 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage inbound, outbound, and return shipments; 
  2. Perform data entry for import and export documentation;
  3. Ensure shipment paperwork is compliant with influenceu policies;
  4. Work with carriers to resolve any logistical issues;
  5. Liaise with the brokerage department to resolve any classification issues;

Requirements

  1. A Minimum of 1-year experience in a logistics department;
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a requirement;
  3. Excellent time management and organisational skills;
  4. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite;
  5. Fluent French and English, speaking and writing.
