WHO YOU ARE: Our ideal new team member will have an absolute PASSION for coordinating all our trade shows and being a vital part in assisting our growing sales team! You're someone who's positive and energetic - and always looking for ways to help your team!
- Track inbound leads, and keep sales team up to date with results
- Organize, schedule, and promote meetings, workshops and trade shows
- Book flights and accommodations for team
- Coordinate shipping of trade shows booth, equipment and materials
- Coordinate brochures, swag, for each of the offices
- Coordinate partner program incentives
- Assist in operational tasks and organization
- Strong verbal and written communicator
- Strong Excel/Spreadsheet and Word Doc experience
- Strong Administrative skills
