As an integral part of Imply’s fast-paced sales process, the Sales Operations Specialist will be front-and-center, providing timely support to our Sales team by completing the ‘paper’ side of transactions, as well as positioning the team well for future business.
What you will do:
- Generating and distributing pricing worksheets, order forms and master agreements
- Managing customer NDAs, vendor setup forms and security review questionnaires
- Updating CRM records and document repository throughout the sales cycle
- Communicating key deal activities across the team and with stakeholders
- Maintaining user accounts, reports, interfaces and backups of the CRM
- Other assigned duties (hey, we’re a start-up)
What you bring:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations or sales enablement roles
- 2+ years of general administration of the Salesforce CRM (Certification Preferred)
- Solid understanding of the entire sales cycle, from lead acquisition through contract signing
- Solid organizational skills, providing clear communication and documentation of materials
- Very comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint and GSuite apps
- Excellent interpersonal skills capable of working with cross-functional teams and customer counterparts
