We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running with the drive, passion and experience to impact revenue right away. You are an out of the box thinker when it comes to unlocking new avenues of monetization within our platforms, (mobile apps, mobile web, and desktop). You are both highly strategic and a powerful executer. You truly understand how to get after the programmatic landscape and technology, all while balancing user experience. In this role, you will report directly to our CFO and will have the immediate headcount to grow your team.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for driving demand programmatically
- Promote Imgur’s programmatic products, speak at industry events, develop relationships with key players in the ecosystem (SSPs, Exchanges, DSPs, TradeDesks, Measurement Vendors)
- Manage day to day relationships with programmatic partners and evaluate new partners
- Empower Direct Sales team to sell programmatic products and assist in the execution of PMPs
- Inform programmatic products by communicating market feedback to the Product team
Requirements:
- Self Starter with HUSTLE
- History of exceeding revenue quotes especially in a programmatic capacity
- Experience with RTB, DMPs, SSPs, CDPs, and PMPs (and all other ad-tech related three-letter acronyms)
- Consultative selling skills with the ability to anticipate and overcome concerns by positioning value propositions in relation to client needs
- Active with key industry events, trends, and emerging ad technologies
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to address business and technical audiences
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Ability to foster relationships and address internal and external client issues
- Ability to make data-driven decisions
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels in the organization
