Statement of Intent
Safely and effectively manufacture complete shipments of high quality stile and rail doors within 5-business days.
Duties and Responsibilities
Be flexible and adaptable to the changes that will happen in your job very soon.
Produce high quality interior MDF paint grade doors
Work in safe manner at all times
Draft CAD documents according to door specifications
Design and prepare nc programs to produce door parts
Working knowledge and understanding of machine tooling and proper usage
Working knowledge and understanding of digital communication tools, GSuite preferred
Assist in tool design for manufacturing door components
Operate machinery to produce door parts
Operate machinery to produce doors
Inspection of door parts and assembled doors
Effectively communicate with clients and fellow employees both verbally and written
Ability to write in a professional business manner to perform this job effectively
Experience and Qualifications
Basic and complex geometric, algebraic, and trigonometric mathematical computations
Ability to apply mathematical concepts to practical situations
Ability to use measuring instruments
Ability to read and understand instructions
Ability to adapt to change
Ability to work as a team member
Analyze and solve production problems
Experience with operation of CNC machinery, Komo preferred
Experience with work holding and fixtures for CNC machinery
Ability to lift and move 50 lbs, occasionally 75-100 lbs
High school diploma
Tech school preferred
Two years preferred CAD/CAM experience
Two years preferred CNC machinery experience
Pre-employment drug screen required
2 x 10-min breaks paid, 30-min lunch break unpaid
Full-time position 40-50 hours per week (typically 45)
Production hours: M-F 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (8 hr shift) and/or 5:00 am - 3:30 pm (10 hr shift)
Office hours: M-F 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (8 hr shift) and/or 6:00 am - 4:30 pm (10 hr shift)
Occasional overtime on Saturday on a voluntary basis.
Compensation and Benefits
Starting $18-22/hr increases depending on ability and performance
