Job Summary: 
This Chief of Staff (COS) requires someone who is resilient and adaptable to a demanding, fast-paced environment. Utilizing excellent organizational and communication skills, the COS will manage an ever-changing calendar, coordinate logistics, draft and proofread correspondence, and build relationships with senior executives, clients, and the company’s external networks. 
Job Expectations: 
  • Keep the Executive Team abreast of any/all projects, timelines and general updates as it relates to Strategic Initiatives
  • including status report updates and other reporting as required
  • Prepare briefings for Executive team members prior to meetings and conferences
  • Represent members of the Executive team, as assigned, at meetings delivering project progress updates, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
  • Compose and prepare correspondence that can be highly confidential
  • Provide planning and coordination support, including project management, analytical support, and support of strategic initiatives as required, including monitoring progress against key priorities
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of business planning and operational processes
  • Lead the development and execution of internal communications and logistics for key events, business updates and other deliverables, including accountability for organizing staff meetings, town halls and off-site
  • Create impactful presentations by identifying, gathering, synthesizing and assessing a variety of data
  • Proactively develop a strong network and working relationships with various constituents across the company in order to accomplish tasks on behalf of the team
  • Identify opportunities within the team and create plans to enhance communication, education and other areas to increase team productivity
  • Highly organized, culturally-aware and a strong communicator who can effectively multitask and prioritize as needs evolve
 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:     
  • Proven, successful track record of navigating through complex and ambiguous corporate processes, organization structures and processes
  • Strong leader who can prioritize and motivate partner teams to align with that prioritization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills who can clearly and effectively communicate at all levels, whether to the CEO or to an individual contributor
  • Experience supporting a Technical Organization/Company preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work seamlessly with a variety of personalities and functional disciplines. Ability to build relationships with cross-functional colleagues.
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills with proven ability influence without authority across departmental and geographic boundaries
  • Strong sense of integrity and ability to deal with issues and subject matter that requires considerable sensitivity, discretion and judgment
  • Highly motivated self-starter with ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with excellent organization skills and careful attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Ability to learn quickly and work proactively with minimal direction
  • Innovative and collaborative approach to problem solving and overcoming barriers
  •  Knowledge of Google platforms, including Google mail, docs, sheets, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge leveraging Project Management tracking software, preferably Asana
Experience Requirements:
  • Requires a minimum of five (5) years working as part of an executive office team
  • 3+ years of experience managing day to day President level priorities
  • 5+ years of executive support experience at a C-level

Education Requirements: 
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
