Our headquarters is in Denver, CO and there are currently offices in 14 countries, mostly in Africa, Asia, and Central America. iDE's Business Development / Operations (BD/Ops) department facilitates smart growth that builds country programs according to their goals and drives smart implementation that ensures iDE's mission is achieved.

What you'll be doing:
The executive assistant provides high-level administrative support to the CEO & COO. Key areas of support include: Board support (logistics and coordination for board meetings, taking and maintain board minutes, coordination and production of the board books including the production of the global scorecard with support from the IT Director, maintaining the iDE Board Intranet, functioning as Corporate Secretary for iDE); Executive support (schedule management for the CEO & COO as requested, expense report support, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings, handling information and research requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence; coordinating executive signatures on documents); General office support (ordering office supplies, watering the plants, supporting staff meetings and staff retreats); and other duties as assigned.
