About the Role: 
Sales Development Representatives are primarily focused on sales prospecting. It is the Sales Development Representatives responsibility to actively seek new business opportunities, engage and build relationships with potential customers. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Responsibilities:
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Discover new leads through internet research 
  • Research and collect contacts for target accounts
  • Email and call prospects to interest them in Identity Automation products 
  • Manage opportunities in Salesforce
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives
  • Report to the Sales Development Manager on sales results

Qualifications:
  • College Degree or pursuit of College Degree, preferred
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Comfortable cold calling on a regular basis to establish relationships with new accounts
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional track record of goal achievement
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other sales and research tools
