Internal Hiring

Role Objective: - The Role shall be responsible for managing the complete Talent Consulting process specific to mid to senior Level Talent Mapping and Executive Search Services.

Principal Accountability:-

·  Have a complete understanding of the Job Description received from Client. Make sure the JD is complete in all aspects. Highlight and seek any missing information as per Client Details form and Job details form. ​

·  Preparing a Sourcing/Talent mapping​

·  Plan for the position. Evaluate various options and decide upon the best plan of action to source relevant profiles including

·  Headhunting, Referencing, Use of industry specific online and offline sources, social and professional media.

·  ​Ensure Candidate Qualification using various Technical and Competency based Screening questions

·   Make a final shortlist based on I​interview, CV analysis and genuinity of the candidates' interest in said vacancy​

·  Adhere to internal and client specified TAT and Performance parameters

·  Manage all coordination for interview scheduling and follow-ups

·  Enable the closure process : salary negotiation, resignation, notice period management, relocation​ and joining of candidate

·  Follow all internal processes, maintain Databases, support all MIS activities as needed

·  ​Ensure highest level of service for Candidates and Clients towards maintaining positive VoC from various stakeholders ​

·  Generate Leads for client acquisition​

Education: - Bachelors or MBA with excellent academic background ​

​Experience:- 
3+ Years in Executive Search in iCresset's Targeted Sector or entrepreneurial Domain, Experts/Sales Professionals from Targeted Sectors with keen interest in developing as a top of the line Talent Consultant.  
Knowledge and skill sets:-

·  Excellent Written and Oral Communication ( Must Have)

·  Knowledge of professional and social media for sourcing (Must Have)

·  Head Hunting Skills ( for candidates over 1 years in work ex)

·  Positive attitude towards work ( Must Have )

·  Ability and willingness to learn new skill sets (Must Have)

·  ​Ability and willingness to keep oneself updated of various developments in targeted industries​

·  High target and delivery orientation ( Must Have )

·  Proficient in use of Excel and Word ( Must Have )
