We’re looking for a Sr. Manager of Supply Chain & Logistics to lead the scaling of our inventory management team to keep up with the growth in services delivered and partner programs we’re launching this year. We’ve accomplished a lot running things like a scrappy startup, and now we want to evolve our inventory management team into a more disciplined, data-driven machine that will ensure we have parts available when and where we need them, every day, all the time. Getting this right will delight our direct customers, our community of mobile technicians, and our growing roster of enterprise partners and make us even easier to do business with. This role will lead the transformation of the inventory management team into one that achieves great results by optimizing processes, creating efficiencies, turning inventory more quickly and improving our cost structure - and we want it to be fun and rewarding for you!

Here’s what you’ll be doing...

  • Improve or create processes, forecasting and logistics models to consistently achieve and exceed the parts supply side of our service delivery metrics
  • Develop and maintain regular reporting on inventory levels, demand models and risk mitigation for out of stock situations
  • Create and maintain dashboards to deliver meaningful insights to the Operations and Leadership teams 
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis for our direct to consumer and partner programs
  • Develop subject matter expert-level expertise quickly to get the most out of iCracked’s tools like e-commerce (we use Shopify), inventory management (we use Fishbowl), business analytics (we use Tableau), and other, proprietary products
  • Drive process efficiency by identifying gaps, and evaluating / implementing new ideas, tools and processes; establish yourself as a primary stakeholder with Product & Engineering team, championing product solutions for vexing or complicated issues
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively take actions to achieve client service level agreements; support the launch of new partner programs
  • Manage a team of experienced inventory management professionals and drive staffing efficiencies
  • Own the related KPIs and manage the relationships with our overseas supply chain (manufacturers), our QA/QC vendor, and our recycling and returns program managers


  • You’re a creative and quantitative thinker with strong analytical skills to work on complex business issues with minimal supervision
  • Experience managing and scaling inventory / logistics teams
  • Experience in developing business processes and management practices to achieve metric goals 
  • 3-5 years experience in inventory management or business operations and strategy
  • Comfortable writing SQL queries and using data tools like Tableau (or a willingness & aptitude to learn fast)
  • Expertise with Excel (or other analytics tools a plus)
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and jump in to help when needed, with a willingness to learn the detailed ins-and-outs of our operations to improve, build and scale
  • Strong communication skills: ability to structure and present complex topics on the page, or in person
  • You thrive in an environment of rapid growth and constant change
