Victime de son succès, I-Care propose également aujourd'hui à ses clients, via son département Be Engineer, des services de consultance technique plus généralistes et non nécessairement liés à la maintenance.

Pour un client de la région de Bruxelles, Be Engineer recherche un consultant Agile Support . Le début de mission  est prévu dès que possible et ce jusque fin 2019 au minimum (prolongation hautement probable).

General informations
Our customer started to implement Lean three years ago with Application Development and Maintenance (Business Analyst and IT) and some projects in the business (outside IT) with the Agile Scrum methodology. Our Lean & Agile Office mission is to support our customer's teams in their cultural change toward a continuous improvement mindset.

Actually more or less 2 FTE are dedicated to the coaching of the teams.

The new Coach will help our Lean & Agile Office in the Lean & Agile support.
 
Service expectations

Activities that fall into the responsibilities of the coach or where support is expected:

  • Assist in the early start-up (e.g. awareness workshop and board design)
  • Provide daily coaching to the team during start-up
  • Facilitate feedback sessions to check if corrective action is required (daily coaching, retrospectives, ...)
  • Ensure proper handover to Sustain Mode
  • Proactive and on demand coaching of the team members, Scrum Masters and Product Owners on mindset and behavior.
  • Help the team to embrace the continuous improvement mindset
  • Ensure the support provided is aligned with the Lean and Agile Office

  • Team and individual focused attitude
  • Know, own and apply, also for himself, the Agile mindset (value and principles)
  • Positive, dynamic & pro-active mind-set
  • Assertive with excellent written & oral communication skills (French and Dutch)
  • Perfect understanding of the Scrum Methodology
  • Experience of at least 3 years as a Scrum Master
  • Experience of Scrum Master for more than two different teams : big plus
  • Experience of Scrum Master in a different context than IT: big plus
  • Experience in a Lean context is a plus
  • Good facilitation and timeboxing
  • Able to provide a positive and constructive feedback of improvement
  • Creative
  • Well organised
  • Autonomous

Languages:

  • Fluent in French/Dutch and English
