We don’t expect you to know how to be a Staffing Recruiter from Day One. All our Staffing Recruiters participate in a program designed to help them to:
Ø  Utilize established, proven recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract and contract-to-hire employment
Ø  Develop their own creative recruiting methods
Ø  Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions
Ø  Conduct skills testing, office interviews, reference checks, and background investigations

     Screen and interview candidates for open positions for our Clients
Ø  Conduct thorough reference checks on all candidates.
Ø  Refer qualified candidates to clients for position openings.
Ø  Document and maintain all candidate and client information in our CRM and Candidate
Ø  tracking systems.
Ø  Monitor individual client expectations and implement appropriate service levels to meet
Ø  and exceed clients' needs.
Ø   Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Ø  Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all

Ø   Levels within client organizations, candidates, internal colleagues and management.
Ø   Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the staffing industry.
Ø  Able to prioritize tasks to meet individual and business goals.
