- EXTENSIVE Tech/Func experience in Oracle EBS HRMS, Benefits, OAB, Compensation and Payroll. implementations and/or upgrades.
- Able to set-up the system to meet the desired business process and requirements.
- Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing.
- Develop RICE Objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions) and Workflow.
- Customize and conduct Data migration using Standard Open Interfaces and API’s for Oracle Applications.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution, design, and test execution.
