Java/ESB Developer

Responsibilities:
•Work with development team on complex implementations of our enterprise software platform.
•Participate in sprint sessions within Agile methodology.
•Analyze customer data and provide technical expertise to help leadership plan implementations or integrations.
•Design, develop, code, test and debug complex integration solutions for our software and client environments.
•Design and develop tools required for data manipulation or integration.
•Manage time effectively, communicate status accurately to scrum masters and project managers. 
•Performing all job functions consistent with company policies and procedures, including those which govern handling PHI and PII. 

Additional Information: |   | Development experience on the Linux operating system. 
•Experience with complex data analysis, data migrations, and system integration, strong object oriented programming skills.
•Hands-on development experience using Java/J2EE, XML, SOAP, Web Services (SOAP, WSDL, etc.), Middleware, Design Patterns, JUnit, Eclipse IDE and SQL.
•Experience working with integration middleware or enterprise system bus technologies (ESB) like iWay or Apache Camel.
•Good consulting and communication skills, previous experience with in customer-facing roles on professional services projects.
•Demonstrated ability to work independently or within a team environment.
•Experience with source control software such as Perforce, SVN, Git, etc. 
•Experience in the health insurance industry is preferred.
•Experience with Agile development methodology such as SCRUM or Kanban.

Pluses: They use karaf and camel as their framework. Healthcare payer experience like BCBS, Aetna, UHG due to the payment to claim exp. It would be a plus if these candidates have knowledge of these tools: junit, mavan, eclipse, and perforce.
