MISSION
To hire 20 A-players in roles such as AI Engineer, Software Engineer, Business Development Manager, Product Manager, General Management, and Data Engineer and 12 AI interns from top colleges across India by the end of the first year.
OUTCOMES EXPECTED – FIRST YEAR
- Create and implement a standardised, continuous hiring process for each key role
- Requirements (Mission, Outcomes, Competencies)
- Referrals from personal and business networks of the team
- Partner with a high quality external recruiter (if required)
- Interview process (process design, implementation, documentation, execution)
- Onboarding and Orientation (Expectations, Infrastructure, Culture)
- Develop a continuously flowing talent pipeline of ‘A-players’ for technology roles such as AI Engineer and Software Engineer by end of year one
- Develop a continuously flowing talent pipeline of ‘A-players’ for business roles such as Business Development and Product Management by end of year one
- Creates and manages an effective and fun onboarding process for all new members
- Find an excellent HR mentor who has the experience of scaling technology companies by the end of six months
- Expand the HR team by hiring another Talent Acquisition Specialist by the end of the first year
- Sets up / manage via outsourcing the HR related compliances by end of 6 months
PREREQUISITES
Experience of 2 to 5 years’ work in hiring top quality candidates (start-up or technology company environment preferred)
