MISSION

HyperVerge is a fast-growing AI company started by IITians with presence in Palo Alto, Irving, Bangalore and Ho Chi Minh. Leading Consumer Lenders, Telcos and Financial Services companies use HyperVerge’s Fintech Platform for customer on-boarding, identity verification, fraud check, and other services. HyperVerge currently helps client onboard 25M customers every month (~2% of India’s population)

As a Marketing Manager at HyperVerge, you will be responsible for building the brand and showcase HyperVerge as a thought leader. You will work with the sales and product teams to drive collective goals by creating compelling stories for clients and prospective hires in different geographies. 

You will bring together cross-functional teams and use strong technical, analytical and leadership skills to drive them and build HyperVerge as a brand. 

OUTCOMES EXPECTED – FIRST YEAR

Product Marketing
  • Within the first month - Understand the existing product offerings and draft product positioning to communicate the unique value proposition of our products to clients
  • Within the first 3 months - Develop strategies and create processes to market new product launches, feature addition to existing products and significant product improvements periodically
  • Within the first 3 months - Setup up processes to periodically create compelling content - Blogs, Videos, Stories around products, launch them and measure the impact
  • Within the first 2 months - Set up systems for understanding and monitoring the market for our products

Sales Focus
  • Within the first 2 months - Work closely with the business team to create sales enablement collaterals
  • Within 3 months - Develop and execute an effective strategy optimizing for time, capital and effort to drive product awareness and demand for our products across geographies through different channels (Social Media, PR, Events, etc.)
  • Within the first 3 months - Plan and execute compelling account-based marketing for our priority 1 target accounts understanding the client’s requirements and creating the story

Brand Building
  • Within 6 months - Work closely with the leadership team and lead the charge to conceptualize and execute campaigns showcasing HyperVerge Values and Vision 
  • Within 6 months - Develop and implement strategies to position HyperVerge as a thought leader in Fintech and Geospatial globally
  • Within 6 months - Identify and showcase the genuine reasons for HyperVerge being of the best places to work globally. In the process identify areas of improvement to reach the ideal standards
  • Evangelism - Serve as a company spokesperson and go-to thought leader for the product

Impact Focused Decisions
  • Be analytically strong to set up processes to identify, measure and iterate to improve performance on north-star metrics
  • Always define objective measurements for RoI for each of the activities and setup processes to periodically evaluate the performance

Building team and support structure
  • As the need arises, Identify, evaluate and bring onboarding best-in-class consultants, freelancers, full-timers, agencies for different functions within the expected outcomes
  • Proactively plan and create an environment within HyperVerge that attracts top talents in this function - Events, Meetups, Talks, etc. 
  • Build competence to nurture a team of junior cadets joining our team

PREREQUISITES 
  1. Proven experience creating marketing plans encompassing strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, pricing, etc
  2. Experience initiating and driving a range of GTM programs including, webinars, trade shows, social media, content marketing, etc.
  3. Ability to effectively lead, inspire, and mentor direct and indirect reports
  4. Strength in collaborating with cross-functional teams, across geographies, including executive management, product management, operations, sales, and marketing
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication via phone, email and in-person meetings
  6. Proven track record in the marketing global B2B products
  7. Good to have - deep understanding of business processes, customer journeys and client pain-points in consumer lending and other financial services companies
