Senior Associate - General Management

We are looking for individuals who can work alongside the founding team and scale HyperVerge to a $100m AI product company in the coming years. This will involve solving multiple important business/organisational problems that come along the way in this journey and setting up robust systems to carry us forward as a team.


MISSION
Solving critical problems in diverse areas of the organization through 6 month focused assignments. Functional areas include – Marketing, Product, Talent Acquisition and Finance. Each assignment would include focusing on one/two key problems in a particular functional area, delivering business value and creating a functional team that can take over.


OUTCOMES EXPECTED – FIRST YEAR
  1. Delivering the necessary profit / people / product / process breakthrough in the selected functional area in 6 months
  2. Rapidly develop comprehensive understanding of the problem to outline an execution plan and resource allocation for the initiative in the first 30 days
  3. Taking ownership and solving the problem in a lean, iterative manner, course correcting when necessary to reach the desired outcomes
  4. Developing a transition or continuation plan through the second half of the project to ensure smooth transition post the end of assignment
  5. Develop a team of ‘A-players’ which can operate independently and deliver high performance in the domain
  6. Find an excellent mentor who has the experience of scaling the relevant domain in young companies by the end of six months
  7. Decide to continue and scale the chosen area for the next 6 months or Pick a new functional area and repeat the same process in this area as well Rapid learning and free movement within the organisation with options to generalize/specialise.


PREREQUISITES
Experience of 2 to 3 years’ work in high-performance roles in consulting companies, start-ups or in a general management position during the growth stage of a company. Good to have - MBA.
