Responsibilities:

  • Completing 1-4 months of Sales and Management Training
  • This is a Selling Manager role. You will have your own goals and quotes while helping manage a team.
  • Assist in the supervision and training of the sales staff by holding a minimum of 3 morning huddles per week and 1 Sunday meeting per month.
  • Assist in the general operation of the store.
  • Assist with customer relations and handle difficult complaints.
  • Assist Sales Design Consultants in closing sales. This will be measured through the weekly staff one-on-ones.
  • Execute weekly one-on-ones with all staff members a minimum of once monthly.
  • Coordinate and assist in the tagging of the floor.
  • Provides assistance with other duties as assigned.
  • Handle all store operations and related tasks in the absence of the General Manager, including days off, vacations, etc.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work Weekends, Holidays, and may be asked to work Evening Shifts.
  • Basic computer skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Passion for building relationships with others
  • Competitive Drive
  • Positive attitude
  • Valid Driver License and Reliable Transportation
  • Previous Management experience is required
  • Previous Sales Experience is required
  • Passion for Design
