Executive Manager in Training

Our very own CEO, Josh Hudson, is looking to build a small tribe of a select few. If chosen, you will be learning directly from our leadership team as you begin a journey into the furniture industry just like Josh did - from the sales floor up!

We are firm believers that the future leaders of this company have to know every position in the company, from the front lines to the executive room. We are looking to build the next SUPER team of leaders and you could be on it. This is more than a job, this is more than anything you have embarked on, this is an executive development program!

You will work closely with our leadership team while learning the different departments and functions within our operation. Ideal for those with a passion for building and maintaining relationships, this internship will give you invaluable exposure to all aspects of Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Distribution, Merchandising, and Inventory Control.

Every step of the way, we will support your growth and development, by providing training and guidance from the best in the business.

Requirements:

  • Must be willing to Sell and take on Sales Goals during Training.
  • Desire to pursue a career in leadership or management
  • Leadership skills and team-oriented thinking
  • Strong problem solving, decision making, and financial analysis skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Strong technical skills
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Bachelor's Degree required
