Job Description:
HMI is actively seeking an experienced software/hardware quality assurance engineer. This position is in charge of all "hardware/simulation in the loop" testbeds and regression testing. In addition, this position will own all API documentation and external customer interfaces for our products.
Successful candidates for this position will have the following credentials:
Essential Experience and Skills:
- Bachelors in CS (or higher) with minimum 3 years (or 5 years without degree)
- Prior experience with software test automation tools (we use Gitlab)
- Understanding of performance testing
- Good documentation and presentation skills
- Fluency in Python
- Comfortable with Linux command line
Preferred Experience:
- Agile methodologies (Scrum)
- ROS or other robotics framework
- C++
