Responsibilities:
- Create new automations, measure, and analyze that those being run are effective and functioning as expected
- Create new dashboards, update when necessary, and ensure that data displayed is correct
- Manage the list views and segments that sales teams operate from
- Reconcile lead counts, demos, upsells, enrollments, and losses daily to identify opportunities for improving process or tooling
- Research ‘missing leads,’ correctly re-tag if necessary, work to root cause why the lead went missing in the first place
- Manage the calculation and verification of commissions
- Manage user permissions and roles when teams or process changes
- Manage round-robin distributions and update when necessary
- Manage the lead list import process - ensure lists are appropriately formatted, clear of duplicates, and import correctly
- Manage a backlog of requests to improve process or tooling
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong customer consultative skills and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
- Extraordinary problem solving ability
Preferred qualifications:
- Extremely intellectually curious
- Affinity toward root-cause analysis
- Experience with and understanding of Salesforce
- Experience with automations through Zapier or Salesforce Process Builders
- Experience with Pardot
