Digital Marketing Manager


We are looking for a curious, aggressive and enthusiastic digital marketer to join our growing team. The right candidate will love testing and learning and solving hard challenges. Home service professionals are always mobile - in their trucks, at customers’ houses and on the go. We have to find a way to build awareness and gain their interest and response. It is going to require a multi-channel approach and a lot of creativity. 

The home services industry remains vast ($700b+) but largely untouched by technology and unencumbered by a dominant competitor. The 3M+ businesses in home services space are facing dramatic change as the world shifts from offline to online.  Along this journey, we are quickly becoming the backbone operating system for service labor across the US and Canada. We have rocketed from MVP to the #1 rated SaaS software platform in home services very quickly.

As a digital marketing manager, you will be responsible for the research, strategy development, build out, analysis and optimization of the company’s paid media campaigns. You will analyze performance data of campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute strategies for quantitative results. You will need to collaborate cross-functionally and with our agency/team to outline an overall paid media strategy while operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. Success in the role will require keeping a finger on the pulse of current market trends, knowledge of competitors’ products and services, and the ability to develop key insights through data analysis.


Responsibilities: 
  • Build and optimize digital and social marketing campaigns, focused on lead generation and free trial sign-ups.
  • Build, traffic and manage programmatic display, video, audio and retargeting campaigns.
  • Continuously evaluate, refine and manage internal production processes to reach full potential in execution of campaign strategy.
  • Work with the growing digital marketing and SEO/content team, including our agency partners, on a multi-channel approach.
  • Interpret performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis.
  • Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly pacing and management of budgets.
  • Stay up-to-date with vendors and third party reps to develop and maintain relationships and build knowledge of new features and betas.
  • Foster cross-channel and cross-departmental integration.
  • Meticulously manage timelines and internal stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage multiple projects, drive them to completion, and deliver effective results.


Qualifications: 
  • BA or BS undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years managing complex paid campaigns across different platforms
  • Experience in managing app install campaigns, paid video and audio platforms and affiliate programs a plus.
  • Well versed in lead generation KPIs, specifically for SaaS companies.
  • Strong organizational skills and project management ability.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify trends and insights through data analysis.
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
  • Work well under pressure; able to meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, web queries).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Possess a great deal of initiative, energy, and leadership while possessing a high level of professionalism, and adaptability.
