As the Salesforce Administrator at Housecall Pro, you are a great communicator who is comfortable taking on complex projects with a diverse set of stakeholders. You’re organized, exceedingly detail oriented, and have a deeply analytical mind. You move quickly with the desire to ruthlessly tinker toward optimization.

The role:
The Salesforce Administrator has mastery of Pardot, Ad Studio, and Sales Cloud and will act as the Salesforce subject matter expert enabling critical business processes. The Administrator will work closely with all end users to ensure the solution is effectively supporting all stakeholders. The Administrator will ensure the solution keeps pace with changes in operations, policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Audit and monitor data and system rules to uncover data integrity issues and/or opportunities for improvement
- Develop strategies to handle discrepancies and data quality problems; own manual or automated data entry, cleanup, and backup as required
- Identify and remediate breakpoints or loopholes that contribute to bad data
- Create and manage custom fields, dashboards, queues, page layouts, validation rules and custom workflows
- Manage all new user set-ups and deactivations, including ongoing support requests, executing configuration changes as needed
- Work with functional groups; developing workflows, reports, dashboards, assignment rules and formula fields in web-based applications
- Develop and maintain end user training documentation and deliver training
- Monitor user adoption rates and responding as needed (additional training sessions, communication, modifications, or other resources) to improve.
- Provide first-level support to the field, including issue identification, and resolution/escalation
- Evaluate 3rd party solutions and app exchange packages based on project need or business request
- Examine SFDC error and debug logs for any surprises
Qualifications:
- 3+ years Salesforce administration experience with a strong understanding of core functionality, configuration and user requirements; Power dialer experience preferred
- High proficiency in creating custom objects, validation rules, workflows, reporting, dashboards, assignment rules, and formula fields
- 'Salesforce Certified Administrator' certification; Advanced preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, organization, and training skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of the sales process
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
