Executive Sous Chef
ABOUT THE COMPANY:
- Leading five-star luxury resort in Mauritius
- Part of an international luxury hotel group
- 250 rooms and suites, 7 F&B outlets
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Be responsible for the modern gastronomic restaurant with 15,000 bottle wine cellar
- Report to the Executive Chef
- Assist with management of other outlets as required
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Sous Chef or higher
- Lots of energy and creativity
- Valid passport
- Speak & Write French and English
- Michelin star restaurant experience
IT IS A BONUS IF YOU HAVE:
- international experience
- luxury resort experience
YOU GET
- 3500 - 3800 Euros net per month depending on experience
- Living allowance approx 1500 Euros per month (covers housing and living expenses)
- 30 days annual vacation plus round-trip ticket
- Medical insurance (80% of medical expenses reimbursed)
