    • Leading five-star luxury resort in Mauritius
    • Part of an international luxury hotel group
    • 250 rooms and suites, 7 F&B outlets


    WHAT YOU WILL DO:


    • Be responsible for the modern gastronomic restaurant with 15,000 bottle wine cellar
    • Report to the Executive Chef
    • Assist with management of other outlets as required


    YOU MUST HAVE:
    • Sous Chef or higher
    • Lots of energy and creativity
    • Valid passport
    • Speak & Write French and English
    • Michelin star restaurant experience



    IT IS A BONUS IF YOU HAVE:


    • international experience
    • luxury resort experience


    YOU GET


    • 3500 - 3800 Euros net per month depending on experience
    • Living allowance approx 1500 Euros per month (covers housing and living expenses)
    • 30 days annual vacation plus round-trip ticket
    • Medical insurance (80% of medical expenses reimbursed)
    • Family package possible for the right person
