About the position :

The Restaurant Manager for the fine dining 5 star, 5 diamond restaurant. Fine dining restaurant operates 5 nights a week. Farm to table cuisine. Seasonal menu that changes nightly. Prix-fixe savoury menu and vegetarian degustation menu. Their Chefs and Director, Culinary Education, work closely with local farms to obtain the best ingredients available in New England, which allow for dishes to change daily based on what is freshest and just harvested. Their food and service is executed at the highest level.

What they are looking for : 

  • Must have food & beverage management/supervisory experience in a luxury resort and/or fine dining restaurant..
  • Experience in a five star and/or Relais & Chateaux property preferred.
  • Must have experience training and managing seasonal staff to ensure our five star standards are met.
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for service, drive to succeed, and desire to become part of a hardworking team.

What you will get : 

  • $ 50000 - $ 60000  per annum
