About the company :
New launching luxury yacht collection by leading luxury brand hotel group. The collection will consist of 3 yachts accommodating up to 298 guests in a relaxed casually elegant atmosphere . 8 F&B outlets plus In room dining and humidor/cognac bar.
What you will do :
- The F&B Director will report into the Corporate Director of F&B Services and shipboard to the Hotel Director.
- Lead the onboard guest experience in all the F&B venues and In-Suite Dining.
- The F&B Director will need to be highly visible and be comfortable interacting with guests.
- The F&B Director will oversee a team of around 50 with support of Restaurant Manager, 2 Senior Maitre D's, Bar Manager, Head Bartender and Head Sommelier.
- Compiling and submitting reports to head office
- P&L's and budget management
What they are looking for :
- Luxury experienced F&B Director with recent shipboard experience in the role
- Dynamic leader with a well-rounded background that wishes to grow with their brand.
- Significant exposure to international markets of luxury hospitality.
- Bachelors degree in hospitality management or equivalent luxury hospitality experience.
- F&B Director can move into a Hotel Director role.
- A balance of shipboard and luxury hotel experience is a big plus
Required start mid August.

- $82000 USD net per annum, paid year round plus bonus up to 20% .

- Paid year round with a work cycle of 3/3 . The first work cycle will likely be 5 months and requires travel to head office in miami office for 2-3 weeks of onboarding/ training before heading to the ship yard Yard in Vigo Spain where housing will be provided until the team moves onto the ship (mid December)
