Offering a great setting for private and corporate events. Venue will include an elevated new invite only lounge and bar with capacity of 100.
Venue handles around 3000 covers a week. Venue also handles events for up to 500 .
About the position :
- General Manager will report to the owner.
- Will have support of 4 managers, captain and admin manager.
- Will be responsible for day to day operations of the restaurant, lounge and new launching invite only 100 capacity lounge and bar.
- Strong focus on guest experience/front of house
- Managing budget and be proficient on P&l's
- Administrative duties
What you need :
- Recent GM experience in similar concept or F&B manager experience in a luxury lifestyle hotel .
- Miami experience
- Spanish language a big plus
- Peoples person
- Proficient on P&L's/budgets
- Strong on front of house and guest experience
