ABOUT THE JOB
- Lead a small team to create quality cuisine
- Manage quality, ordering, food cost
- Menu planning and hands-on
YOU NEED
- You must be from Latin America region
- Kitchen management experience in 4 or 5 star resort or hotel
- Able to work on a remote island
- The client would prefer a chef that has worked in Europe, N. America or S. America as this is where the clientele come from.
- Able to work abroad without family
WHAT YOU GET
- 48,000 - 60,000 USD net per year salary
- A share of the guests tips/service charge (averages a few extra hundred dollars per month)
