    ABOUT THE JOB

    • Lead a small team to create quality cuisine
    • Manage quality, ordering, food cost 
    • Menu planning and hands-on

    YOU NEED

    • You must be from Latin America region
    • Kitchen management experience in 4 or 5 star resort or hotel
    • Able to work on a remote island 
    • The client would prefer a chef that has worked in Europe, N. America or S. America as this is where the clientele come from.
    • Able to work abroad without family

    WHAT YOU GET

    • 48,000 - 60,000 USD net per year salary
    • A share of the guests tips/service charge (averages a few extra hundred dollars per month)
    • 3 meals a day

    • 30 days paid annual vacation with return ticket home each year
    • 2 R&R breaks per year of 8 days each with 600 USD towards a flight ticket
