Director Food and Beverage Luxury Resort Chesapeake Bay


ABOUT THE COMPANY:

  • Historic upscale waterfront resort and spa about 1 hour from Richmond VA
  • Part of a hospitality group with a portfolio of spectacular luxury properties. 
  • 106 room resort on a private peninsula with marina, championship golf course, full spa, meeting/event facilities, and exceptional dining outlets
  • Owners have just begun a multi-year renovation project of the hotel.
  • They are presently restoring lobby public spaces, select meeting rooms, restaurant renovation, and re-concepting, new boats for the Marina 


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Responsible for F&B operations reporting to General Manager 
  • Oversee a team of 60 F&B staff with the support of around 10 outlet managers & supervisors
  • 4 F&B outlets including the golf course restaurant 
  • Also oversight of the 4000 square feet of recently refurbished meeting and event space. 
  • P&L accountability 


YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Be US citizen or green card holder
  • 2 + years of experience as F&B Director or F&B Manager in a luxury resort or hotel 
  • Degree in Hospitality
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
