What you will do :
This managerial position requires an experienced and organized individual to be in charge of 3 estates for a family (palace, beach house, and a farm designed as a luxury leisurely retreat) and staff based in Doha, Qatar. The role will require the individual to be responsible for a team of staff including chefs, maids, butlers, and cleaners.
Responsibilities
- Providing full-time management and responsibility for the residences.
- Managing the entire residence teams and being the “go-to person.
- Controlling, maintaining and streamlining the properties and household expense.
- Overseeing the maintenance of the estate as well as renovations if applicable.
- Supervising and making large food and beverage orders and coordination of the set-up of events involving food and beverages
- Dealing with a wide range of suppliers including maintenance, utilities, constructors, food etc
- Securing full confidentiality & security of the family information at all times.
What you will need
- Relevant professional experience in hospitality and/or house/hotel management
- Strong leadership skills and prior experience of leading a team.
- Full-service approach and eager to provide administrative and managerial tasks
- Verbal and written understanding of the English language;
- Excellent organizational, multitasking and time management skills. Must also have an eye for detail due to the nature of work
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Professional mindset and manner; meticulous and hardworking
