- 11 outlets with more in the pipeline (9 in Uganda and 2 in Kenya)
- Cafes are all in prime locations
- Owned by a large corporation operating in multiple industries including oil and gas
- Central production kitchen handles much of the food prep and bakery
- Great product, a successful company that is expanding but needs a strong analytical chef who can implement SOPS, Software, training, costings etc.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Responsible for implementing SOPS, Software, food costs controls and managing the central kitchen and outlets
- Develop a strong business culture for the group
- Develop and upgrade pastry/bakery products for the restaurant group
- Hands on in operations
REQUIREMENTS
- Executive production baker experience with central production kitchen
- Experience setting up systems
- available on one month notice or less
- Valid passport
- Very strong on SOPS and systems
