    • 11 outlets with more in the pipeline (9 in Uganda and 2 in Kenya)
    • Cafes are all in prime locations
    • Owned by a large corporation operating in multiple industries including oil and gas
    • Central production kitchen handles much of the food prep and bakery
    • Great product, a successful company that is expanding but needs a strong analytical chef who can implement SOPS, Software, training, costings etc.


    ABOUT THE JOB

    • Responsible for implementing SOPS, Software, food costs controls and managing the central kitchen and outlets
    • Develop a strong business culture for the group
    • Develop and upgrade pastry/bakery products for the restaurant group
    • Hands on in operations

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Executive production baker experience with central production kitchen
    • Experience setting up systems 
    • available on one month notice or less
    • Valid passport
    • Very strong on SOPS and systems
