Honors Pathway (HP) seeks to recruit Part-Time Academic Tutors to support first-time college students in completing academic assignments, maintaining academic progress, and establishing a growth mindset.
HP partners with a growing network of non-profit, regionally accredited universities and public high schools to operate MicroCollege sites where students attend their first year of college in a highly supportive environment – at no cost to them or their families. Courses are offered in small class sizes at "micro" extension sites of Honors Pathway's partner universities, and students are supported with two Tutors per cohort, a Success Coach, and a Site Director.
MicroCollege sites are fun, vibrant locations where staff and faculty have the opportunity to build authentic connections with their students and community of support. To learn more about MicroCollege, visit
