Job Description
Candidates should be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program working towards a business related degree (finance, accounting, economics, entrepreneurship, statistics, etc.). This is a full or part-time role depending on availability. The role will include working closely with the CFO to research, analyze, and rank the real estate, demographic, and economic attributes of new metropolitan markets for the company to enter (e.g., Las Vegas, San Francisco, Houston, etc.). It will also require the candidate to learn quickly in excel and problem solve to complete challenging ad hoc projects and analysis.
The role will include a unique opportunity to interact with senior management in a high-growth software startup while strengthening research and analytical skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Research, aggregate data, and rank metropolitan areas using dynamic scorecards
- Work with marketing department to identify attractive zip codes for initial metropolitan entry
- Research, data-gathering, and analysis on projects that fuel company operations and strategic decisions
- Regularly communicate with and report results to CFO
Job Qualifications:
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Strong Excel and other analytical skills
- Strong time management and communication skills
