Phoenix Community Manager

Job Summary: Homie’s Phoenix Community Manager will play an integral role in Homie’s expansion and success into Arizona. The PHX CM is a brand ambassador and evangelist for the Homie brand in market, creating awareness and connecting  with potential customers. They are responsible for generating customer leads through events, meetings, promotions and guerilla marketing with an emphasis on offline initiatives. The PHX CM will report to the Phoenix General Manager, but will also work directly with marketing leadership. 

Primary Responsibilities: 
  • Work with the Homie’s marketing team to design, build, and execute marketing strategies in Arizona
  • Assist marketing and management team in determining creative ways to increase awareness and market share
  • Provide in-market insights to improve product and marketing 
  • Work on ad hoc projects assigned by management and PHX GM
  • Build out local PHX network to spread the Homie marketing message 
  • Proactively find local employers to participate in Homie’s benefit program and lunch and learns
  • Research and plan events, sponsorships, lunch & learns, meetings and home shows
  • Measure and monitor the impact of activities on business results

  • Experience managing events and working directly with potential customers
  • Proactive and self starter, not afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • Highly versatile with the ability to translate ideas into actionable initiatives
  • Strong work ethic with structured approach to project management and execution
  • Exceptional organizational skills and capability to multi-task with ease
  • Strong verbal and writing skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Social media experience and influencer relations a plus
  • Arizona real estate license a plus
