Homie Real Estate Agent

Job Summary: Tired of chasing business? Homie has hundreds of new buyers and sellers every month who need your expertise, support, and "eagle eye", helping our customers navigate the real estate transaction. The Real Estate Offer Specialist will work with both Homie buyers and sellers, helping them complete initial offers, negotiate, and adhere to all contractual conditions so that the transaction closes without a hitch. You will gain unrivaled knowledge and training in the real estate industry, working for a disruptive technology company that does hundreds of deals and is one of the largest brokers in the state. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Help buyers and sellers navigate through the contractual obligations of the real estate transaction
  • Manage email and e-docs associated with hundreds of new transactions a month
  • Ensure jaw-dropping customer service
  • Organize and manage workload in CRM


  • UT or AZ Real estate license
  • Real estate contract experience preferred
  • CRM experience highly preferred (PropertyBase an extra plus)
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • People-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

  • Full-time
  • $50,000 - $70,000 (Base + Bonuses)
  • Medical benefits and stock options (per company policy)
  • Homie covers all required fees related to the MLS, association memberships, licensing, and required education to maintain your license
  • Homie does NOT charge other fees to agents annually or per deal
