We’re looking for a results-focused, highly organized person with strong phone skills and a client management orientation to work with our large clients who have a variety of customized marketing programs with Homesnap.
Core Responsibilities:
- Help get new clients set-up with their customized accounts to ensure that programs are built to their specifications.
- Become an expert on the Homesnap suite of products to address client questions and ensure client success.
- With an acute sense of urgency, quickly solve client issues
- Drive towards a short and long term set of retention goals.
- Using a “solutions sales” approach, identify and provide options to clients for value-added services and products.
- Proactive reporting on client usage and needs- used to provide solutions for common and uncommon problems. Get ahead of any issues before they come issues.
- Meticulously keep the CRM system up to date to allow future analysis to drive improvement in performance.
- Regularly review performance and work towards a defined set of goals.
- Perform prospect research and identification to assist Senior Sales Leaders in growing our customer base
Desired Skills & Experiences:
- You have at least 4 years of relevant experience in an account management role
- You have demonstrated the ability to self-manage towards a set of defined goals and prioritize among many competing tasks.
- You are excited by a culture built on meritocracy and motivated by the fact that your measured performance will drive your compensation and career growth.
- You have a can-do attitude and are fanatical about execution and continuous self improvement
- You are highly organized and have a proven ability to exceed performance goals.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You are goal-oriented and have accountability for your work.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred

- Specific examples of goals, your performance to those goals and tactical approach to achieve those goals.
