We’re looking for a strong Sales Associate who will become an expert in our award winning real estate ad products and consult with small to medium business tier agents to determine the best way for them to grow using Homesnap. You will play a key role in helping us drive top-line revenue and building a large, happy customer base.
Core Responsibilities:
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to determine the best ways Homesnap products can help agents achieve their business goals
- Follow-up with warm leads to generate sign-up as subscribe & save clients
- Meticulously keep the CRM system up to date to allow for accurate pipeline management
- Regularly review performance and work towards achieving a defined set of monthly sales quota
- Demonstrate stellar customer service helping to create happy Homesnap clients
- Exceed daily activity metrics to ensure a robust sales pipeline
Desired Skills & Experiences:
- You have 1-3 years of successful inside sales, account management, or recruiting experience.
- You are comfortable making cold and warm calls and have excellent phone presence.
- You are excited and motivated by the fact that your measured performance will drive your compensation and career growth.
- You are fanatical about execution and continuous self improvement.
- You have a proven track record of exceeding performance goals.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You are goal-oriented and have accountability for your work.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Special Consideration:
- Specific examples of goals, your performance to those goals and tactical approach to achieve those goals.
- Experience working with Google, Facebook, or Instagram advertising.
