Sales Admin - Commercial Team

Job Description
 
  • Provide all-rounded sales administration support to Account Manager 
  • Follow up sales order status and prepare Purchase Order (PO) to vendors;
  • Makes outgoing customer calls or warm calls in order to promote products and services
  • To proofread, upload and update Facebook / Website Content 
  • Prepare sales relevant proposal, tender review etc.;
  • Monitor and follow-up clients’ enquiries and after sales services.
  • Data input and filing;
  • Handle sales administration tasks;
  • Assist in other ad hoc assignments
 
Requirement
 
  • 1-2 years relevant experience is preferred, with interest in cloud solutions would be an advantage (not compulsory);
  • High level of self-learning skills, flexible mindset and process-oriented learner;
  • Detail-minded, Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Internet knowledge and computer skills; familiar with Microsoft Office;
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
