Key responsibilities will include:
- Map out and benchmark the competitive landscape and digital challenges of our clients across their business
- Develop an approach to assess our clients’ digital marketing capabilities (E-commerce, analytics, CRM, social collaboration, etc)
- Build a digital marketing roadmap along with proposed solutions including new customer journeys, partners, business models, processes, etc.
- Collaborate with design and implementation teams to ensure we deliver our clients an end to end value proposition
- Prepare case studies to assist marketing and business development
What We Need From You
- 2+ years of Digital Marketing experience in a B2B environment
- Sound experience in multi-channel marketing, especially Email, Mobile, Social, Web
- Solid knowledge of CRM technology, multi-source data integration
- Experience with cloud and application architectures
- Hands-on experience in SEM & SEO
- Have experience on Google Analytics 360 and Hubspot will be an advantage
- Passion about new technologies and marketing solutions
- Confident presenter with excellent presentation skills and the ability to persuasively present product offering.
- Can work within tight schedule and multi-tasking
- Native in Cantonese, fluent in English and Mandarin
