It is critical that every member of the Sales Team is able to pick up the phone and cold call; talk to people, form relationships, close deals. Have fun! Rejection is part of life. You must be able to handle it, learn from it, and move on. Fail hard. Fail fast.

- Schedule demos for the Account Executives while operating consistently at a high volume of lead outreach per day, maintaining a rate of 100-150 cold calls and emails.
- Generate new leads by leveraging your existing professional networks, and by attending popular industry events where you create lasting genuine impressions face-to-face with potential customers.
- Experience in a sales capacity at a company that focuses in technology, software, recruiting, agency or RPO.
- Strong knowledge of (and/or desire to learn) everything about our products, and be a constant learner in the HR technology, software and enterprise systems across the industry.
- Confident and calm phone presence with the ability to use creative strategic approaches to building valuable customer relationships that are authentic.
- Thrives in a high volume, fast-paced environment; proudly puts in the work required to achieve the results desired.
- Capable of handling high volume phone calls and emails involving strategic and creative outreach methods that target key decision makers.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Discover.org, RC Admin, Linkedin Sales Navigator, DnB Hoover’s, Google Alerts, GMass (desired).
- Startup experience (a plus).
- Willing and able to travel up to 25%. Must have clean driving record and be legally able to travel within the U.S.
