Our ideal candidate for Lead Generation Manager is a bold risk taker who is always thinking 20 steps ahead of the competition. He/she thrives in a creationist role and is ready to take on responsibility for driving bottom-line growth executing upon strategic marketing campaigns that build brand/product awareness and accomplish high level business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage effective demand generation campaigns for sales enablement, field marketing, and channel marketing across all platforms.
- Develop and execute content strategy, and oversee content and messaging to support strategies.
- Craft compelling, targeted messaging and branding to drive brand awareness and visibility.
- Manage and monitor performance for all Lead Generation initiatives including email campaigns, content marketing, nurture programs, webinars, events, partner channels, SEO, SEM, PPC paid channels, and other opportunities to drive revenue.
- Model and forecast results; conduct A/B tests and use a data-driven approach to refine and enhance outcomes in order to hit KPI targets like inquiries, MQL, and sales active pipeline.
- Effectively use marketing automation tools to increase the scale of demand programs.
- Monitor and measure all Sales funnel activities.
- Innovate new, scalable approaches to driving revenue growth (i.e. growth-hack).
- Collaborate with Sales to drive maximum integration and achieve the company’s growth goals.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B and B2C SaaS and/or product marketing with a proven track record of driving growth in a lead generation role.
- Knowledge and application of proven marketing methods and strategies related to lead generation, using tools such as Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, Intercom, Yesware or similar software products.
- Experience using and tracking leads in SalesForce and analyzing data using business analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage leads, funnels, nurture strategies, drip marketing, digital, online, and live events.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- A strong mix of creative and analytical thinking skills.
- Possesses the drive and desire to take ownership of producing high quality work as part of a tight-knit distributed team.
- Is accountable for achieving quota-driven results while working 100% remote.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related preferred, not required.
