We are looking for an extraordinary full-stack Software Engineer to take the creative lead on designing and building the never-before-seen consumer software product that will fundamentally and forever change the way people find work. This revolutionary product will be powered by sophisticated back-end services, large scale data processing and AI training pipelines.
Your mission will be to:

What you will be doing:
- Working directly alongside our Founders, Product Engineering and Design Teams to develop a growth plan and execute milestones, celebrating wins along the way
- Building intuitive cutting-edge products people love because they are fun
- Prototyping new ideas and iterate towards the ideal user experience
- Designing user interfaces that delight; maxing out ‘user joy'
- Implementing integration with existing systems, providing support and documentation
- Leading technical discussions on plans to improve product quality
- Participating in infrastructure development and operations

Skills & abilities we look for:
- Fluency in front-end web development (ES6, Webpack, ReactJS, React Native, HTML5/CSS3)
- Comfortable in full-stack development (Python & Javascript)
- Knowledgeable in web best practices (e.g., browser capabilities, unit and integration testing)
- Design and prototyping capabilities
- Experience creating consumer and client facing web applications
- Experience with MongoDB and integrating services with various 3rd party REST APIs

Shon Burton, created
HiringSolved out of necessity, and a desire for increased efficiency.
In 2010 Shon had been living and working in downtown San Francisco as a team leader for a recruiting firm, and was met with consistent challenges. One day, Shon had an epiphany – automate this recruiting process, and serve it up in a SaaS format.
After meeting Trevor, HiringSolved’s CTO and Co-founder, Shon moved to Chandler, AZ, and the duo got fast to work building a search engine that produced high quality results in very little time. The initial product was launched in September of 2012.
Today, HiringSolved is one of the top AI-based talent discovery and automation solutions in the global HR Tech market. The company has a large global customer base with users in 127 countries around the world and is backed by the largest players in the talent acquisition market.
