Mid-Market Account Executive

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for new business bookings with mid-market accounts in the assigned territory
  • Rigorously manage a robust opportunity pipeline sufficient to support bookings target
  • Diligently convert leads into pipeline opportunities and customers
  • Proactively generate interest and sales in assigned target accounts
  • Forecast bookings for your assigned region accurately on a monthly, quarterly basis
  • Represent Hiretual to assigned accounts. Communicate the Hiretual value proposition clearly and accurately. 
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations
  • Execute the specified sales process diligently and professionally
  • Provide a high quality, professional, effortless customer experience during the evaluation / buying process
  • Develop and execute a regional business plan to achieve assigned bookings quota
  • Collaborate with Marketing on regional events that generate interest and demand

Accountabilities
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly bookings quota
  • Build relationships with customers, target accounts, and key influencers in your assigned region
  • Continuous improvement of pipeline conversion and velocity

Required qualifications
  • 2-6 years of quota carrying technology sales experience
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in a high-paced, highly accountable environment
  • Experience in a high-activity sales environment
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent written communication and phone skills
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university

  • Experience and expertise in HR technology or recruiting industry
