Sales Development Representative

As a sales development representative you will not only gain expertise and experience on prospecting and selling, but also mentorship and training from a team of entrepreneurs and sales experts. As a SDR at Hiretual, you will fully participate in the sales process, pipeline development, prospecting and relationship building skills quintessential for a successful career in tech sales.

Role and Responsibility
  • Identifying new customer opportunities
  • Qualify leads from inbound and outbound
  • Managing pipeline by cleaning up funnel information
  • Reporting key metrics, MRR, ARR, deal size, days to close
  • Scheduling demos and meetings

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Demonstrated teamwork and good communication skills
  • Sales internship or customer facing and sales experience
  • Passion, energy, great work ethic, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing start-up environment
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills to understand the the opportunity, and the needs of prospects
  • Able to understand/explain concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner and with a logical thinking
  • Experience with Salesforce and Outreach
